Panel openings: Port cutouts, fan openings, ventilation slots, and label areas positioned around the actual device layout.
Internal hardware: Standoffs, mounting supports, and hinge assemblies according to the specified component positions and access requirements.
Surface finish: Powder coating or material-compatible anodizing, with color, texture, and exposed faces identified before production.
Brand presentation: Logo engraving or laser marking, with artwork, location, and marking size supplied for review.
A prototype can help verify connector access, cover removal, internal clearances, and hardware positions. Record approved changes in the drawing revision before repeat production.
These case formats can be used for communication equipment, smart control terminals, embedded PC systems, charging modules, and test instruments. The configuration follows the customer's equipment and assembly requirements.
